meetings
Annual meetings
are held either in a venue of your choice or at the office.
Times dates and venues for meetings are discussed with the Chairperson
of the committee or with the person offering the venue.
Meetings are scheduled for either 5.30pm or 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
free of charge or at other times by negotiation.
Meetings are arranged and attended by the appointed Portfolio Manager.
Notices of the meeting, together with the Financial Statements and Balance
Sheets distributed to all owners with a minimum of two weeks notice.
| Minutes
are distributed within 7 days of the Annual Meeting. Our attendance at Special General meetings or Committee meetings is charged out at $85.00 per hour. |
